Airline, railway, bus, vehicle and transfer schedules may be delayed, rescheduled, rerouted or cancelled by their operators or authorities. Journey times are estimates and can be affected by traffic, road conditions and operational requirements.

Attractions may change operating hours, restrict entry, require permits or close temporarily because of maintenance, capacity, weather, holidays, government instructions or other local circumstances.

Weather, road closures, unsafe road conditions, landslides, floods, snowfall and other natural or local events can affect routes, timings, activities and access. Safety-related changes may be made when reasonably necessary.

Hotels, carriers, transport operators, activity providers, guides, payment processors and other suppliers operate independently. Their services are governed by their own operating rules and applicable terms.

Hillview Travels will make reasonable efforts to arrange and coordinate the services confirmed for each booking and to assist customers when an issue is reported promptly.

Hillview Travels cannot guarantee or accept responsibility for circumstances outside its reasonable control. Where disruption occurs, we will reasonably assist with available alternatives, but availability, timing, additional costs and supplier refunds cannot be guaranteed.
